SPECIAL  NOTE:

All customers orders will be shipped via shipping method this auction USPS Ground Advantage (2 to 5 business days).  And tracking number will be provided and only shipping within the continential United States only. And once the carrier's tracking system marks the shipment or your order as delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for any further tracking. 

We will be responsible for lost shipment until the package shows delivered on the carrier website. If the package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly as the recipient and provide them the tracking number for reference if, claim must be made.

Refunds:

Lost Package: 

If your package is lost in transit never delivered, we will refund your money. However, if the status provided by the delivery couriers as delivered, we will not refund your money once package is received.

*Please note that once the carrier's tracking system marks the shipment as delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for any further tracking or lost packages.

Claims:

Claiming on a non-delivered item - Shipping couriers usually will no longer accept claims once their website indicates the package has been delivered. Customers may file a police report and use the report to file a claim with their home insurance.
